Through crystal
Seems to expose all of me
So I slink into a corner
Afraid to be naked

The poem was not directly related to the pic but it seemed to fit okay. This is a pic of a public toilet somewhere in Europe, made of one-way glass; you can see out but not in. It makes me think of how I feel when I view the world with inhibition - sometimes it seems that everything I can see can see right back at me, yet I forget that I am a mere spec amidst the thick of it.

WOW If this wasn't a double edged sword I don't know what is. A very cool write indeed. I very much enjoyed the read.
Good luck in the contest.

THis is a double sided poem. Without the pic it takes on a whole new meaning.

Yes, the poem was written without the pic

interesting picture and the poem does sort of fit it lol. I like the breif way you explain something quite large... I think it is obvious we all hide ourselves from the world, this is an interesting take on it.

Short, funny and great! I'd be afraid to be so seemingly exposed! Why would anyone want to see out--kind of distracting! We all hide in corners in various ways especially at the thought of more being seen than we're comfortable with!

Wonderful! lol
I don't think I would be able to use one of those!...lol...what a trip!
Thanks for sharing...best wishes in the contest and always!
Write on and on...

So well said. We are often bogged down by plights that aren't there. Bravo and all the best in the contest.
