Deep within the human heart
there is a ray of light
that is yearning to be free
and give us perfect sight.
O’ if we could lift the bars
and break the cursed seal
then we could sing with happy hearts
and express the things we feel.
Like a good shepherd when calling his sheep
the deep starts calling unto the deep
I know I know this is the way
for this beauty to come forth.
But still we fail and then pretend
that we do not hear the voice
of the Lily of the Valley
and the bright and Morning Star
or the beautiful Rose of Sharon say
come back to me……
just as you are.
