On the 5th of November,
A citizen's gathering:
No pitchforks and blazing torches but,
flags and guns.
On the Ides of March,
The false prophets and oppressors are extinguished.
On August 15th flags of the free wave,
As our money becomes our own, the bankers who swindled us,
Are silenced and forced into oblivion.
On May 1857,
We recapture what is rightfully ours but this time,
We keep it to ourselves,
Like a secret we hold it dear and with reverence only whisper it to others.
On July 4th,
We honor those who fell for our cause, For our freedom,
and independence.
On May 14,
Two great oppressors fall,
And the world can rebuild itself again.
