the porcelain tub
is darker than
her skin,that melts into
the spilled-shampoo stained
edges, morning
day and night --
she watches
the mirrors run
like cheap paint,
burglars lurking
across cracked tile floor,
up overflowing
sides
she jumps
at the sight
of her reflection,
and stability
meanders its way out
of her gasp

Mmmm, the images in here are so strong. I love it. "Spilled-shampoo stained edges" is gorgeous. I also love the contrast between her watching the mirror run like cheap paint & her jumping at the sight of her reflection. Very well done, Ryan.
