Mommy gave me lovely snacks to nibble,
then left the room and things turned bad.
That awful cat filled my bowl with his Kibbles.
I tried one once. It made me heave and gag.
When mommy returned she grinned at me
and pointed to the bowl full of mush.
"Baby, you must eat your cream of wheat ."
I grabbed the bowl and gave it a push.
It landed on the floor and the cat ran away,
and I spent some time in time out.
When I learn to talk, I'll know just what to say,
"Get rid of that dumb cat.", without a doubt!
I have a new strategy for next time around.
When Mommy leaves the room I will stuff
catfood in my diaper, in a nice little mound.
I've really had it, with that big ball of fluff.
