I am more thine heart it ever to conceive of,
Ye to sooner put me down than to believe,
Ye do think my heart and mind naught understand thee,
But my wisdom in this world is great and real,
Ye a child within the making understand of,
In the pain thine heart ye travel where did I,
And one day when ye become the heart I know thee,
I will ache to wish it mine within a sigh,
But too late this life to me what I do see thee,
We were born two different worlds, two different times,
But I know within the wisdom of my heartfelt,
That eternity will always make thee mine!

What a pretty girl. Hmmm I do see a glimmer of myself in those eyes. We are always growing and changing and learning. I so do hate when u speak of things so. As always dear Keith u hear what I want, u see with blind eyes. Now talk of this girl I see here as u truely know her. As the woman, as the giving heart, as the salve 2 her soul, as the passion 2 live, as a mother, as a friend. Well said for a poetic theme.

A pretty girl indeed, but another has her heart now.
Thank you for being the poetry in mine.

Thank you and maybe when an eternity elapsed, a story untold still to be written?

We often long to prevent another's sorrows from their experiences, yet it is up to the individual to go through these things, to gain their own sources of wisdom. All we can ever really do is to be there, to silently hold their hands as they grieve, to help them rise once more when it eases. Good luck in the contest, Poet.
