Trials and great distress.
Sometimes we don't know where to turn
To avoid all this mess.
Well, I have found the answer.
The price already paid.
Jesus paid it at the time,
When on the cross He stayed.
Though I live in these troubled days,
I can keep myself apart.
Jesus calms the turmoil,
Brings peace into my heart.

Amen ,Amen, Amen and for His peace
without Him where would a lot of us be.
How could one start out their day, end their night.
Breath, look up for peace...mac

AMEN!!!!!
Amen to that sister!!! Jesus paid the price and the victory has been won...In these days it would be so easy to get "scared" the way things are going politically and morally, but we that know the answer, know we stand on the solid rock of Jesus and his love and grace will never leave us!!!! Thanks for sharing !!!~~~Toni~~~

That's great. Reading the Bible I pray to my God Jehovah for peace thanks to Jesus I can approach God Jehovah in prayer. Nice job on the poem.

I usually pick one stanza I like most but I can't do that with this write because it is refreshing from start to finish and I really enjoyed reading it. Thanks so much for sharing this here and good luck in all you do.

for the peace in heart that our savior brings .. there is no greater gift of peace and serenity for he has paid the way and the yoke he took for us to bask in peace of soul...
