You are what you eat the experts say,
The fat, the grease, and the oil, each day
And if you eat enough of it,
Your body will become unfit!
Each morning when you climb the scales,
How many weigh as much as Whales?
The fat the blubber bounces BOING!
And most of you can’t see your groins,
But you keep on eating comfort food,
Just to put you in a better mood,
As you sit the armchair on each night,
All the chocolate sweets, and the biscuits bite!
Until the day you cannot move,
Your heart says
“HEY some weight please lose!
And you smell of sweat, and you feel unfit,
But your mind says eat,
And your heart says SHIT!
And when the end your last day comes,
And you eat no more the chocolate buns,
Just think of those who to lift you up?
And the coffin lid that they cannot shut!
