Full circle turns another
In the rise of new dawn
gently,
each bud blooms petal
embrace warmth after the still freeze
scented drifts through patterns
lacy edges appear dancing.
Songs echo our awakening
lighter morn peeps where shadows once shaded
Alive,
their tipped wings fledged first flight
solitary to the flutter.
Arched embers breech clock of orange
burnished laughter
glows blush teenage years
fading upon crisp footing
each step an horizon to follow.
Full circle turns another
last fall new snow
freshly baked aroma to which
beacon the freeze after the still warmth
rests...
