Flooded with light and warmth comfort beckons;
a haven wafting aromas sublime.
Basting scents vie with baking peach cobbler
and a down kingdom awaits slumber’s time.
While home anticipates loved one’s return;
weary traveler entranced by night sky.
Dark yet illumined by bright stars’ embrace
silence blends fluidly into nature’s sighs.
Immersed in gratitude a gasp escapes
as fortune’s full worth finally absorbed.
