People leave,
Hearts shatter,
Eyes bleed.

I turn to it for comfort,
Finding a release.
My world shifting,
I fall to my feet.

Addicted.
I need to forget you,
I want to smile.

Perpetually seeking,
Means to be me.
I find an hours freedom..
Smoke becomes he.

Face down,
Looking up,
Stars shift..
They spell your name.

Im back where I began,
No better then the start.
I can't escape her,
But i'll try and play the part.

    This is really well written... I loved the flow and was hooked within the first stanza... Then the last stanza finished it of a treat. A really good read. Thank you for sharing.
