Take a load off and relax
go for a walk, a jog, a nap
and think about the things you do
that make you stressed and oh so low
then change them up and you'll be ready to go
Take a bubble bath
and wish your woes away
then get out and fix them that day
things won't change for you just like 'that'
you need to think about what you knack
it's all up to you to get rid of your stress
change your lifestyle from a mess
To live in the moment is oh so easy
do what you want and say things freely
never regret what you do,
or else you'll be tripping over your shoes
And this is my advice for you:
If you want to relax as i said think of the things that are overwhelming you when you f igure that out you can change your life scedule up a bit to take most of the tension away, but stres is actually good for you beleive it or not if you weren't so stressed it wouldn't be life stress tells you something is wrong and that you need to change your lifestyle...
To live in the moment never regret is number one if want to do something do it make it happen(your dreams) if you sit waiting for it, it won't come, you ahve to do what ever you think will get you there even if you have to kill soem people(just kidding please don't do that) but sitting around thinking your life is not going anywhere is where it is going to go if you don't take charge and there you go
