All we call ours are actually hired.
My head, heart, legs, hands...
all are made of mass for which
I have my claim only for this life.
No materials in my possession
are for my absolute use forever.
This creation of Almighty is unique.
We have been given all the things
but for use in rotation.
So when we say these are ours
it is only in temporary sense.
But there is one and only one entity
which each one of us can proclaim to be ours,
irrespective of our status…
and that is Soul
which belongs to all and for all time.
Death cannot snatch It from us,
time cannot deprive us from It,
It is the only thing
which we can really claim to be ours.

wow, i simply love what you've got from the prompt on the other contest, you writing obviously has a lot of depth to it, which makes for something much interesting to read.
Thank you for entering -
Loved this... brought to mind a line from a song I like "You will learn to lose everything, we are temporary arragnments" (Alanis Morissette)
Soul
which belongs to all and for all time.
Death cannot snatch It from us,
time cannot deprive us from It,
It is the only thing
which we can really claim to be ours.
That is so true... really makes the reader stop and think and look inside... great write and good luck in the contest
