Behavior does not bow its head in shame
as often as truly needed alas
cruelty can be so discreetly framed
or delivered in a manner quite crass.
More often it seems a symptom of sleep
lack of care or ignorance displayed
best not to allow it inward to seep
only harm self joining in games played.
If needed take a break to clarify
just how much you clearly have to give;
please do not question or self-qualify
your right to write just like your right to live.

Cruelty is certainly a strange thing and may sometimes be unintentional. It can be hard to ignore because it's hard to determine whether it's deliberate or not.
