I'm not a person you wanna see.
I'm not a person who wants to care.
I care too much and i care without grace,
I'm a visible person with a recognizable face.
My eyes are empty because they have overflowed so much.
I'm lost in eternity where happiness is my only pillow,
Blanket and land of waste.
I'm the tree you lean into after your long run,
The bench that was there a minute ago and then disappears and
Leaves you stranded in air and then on the ground.
I am the posion for all things good and pure,
I tainted the air with my voice of allure.
I speak with what is left of my soul,
The rest was eaten away the shore of Evermore.
My soul resides in the depths of the sea,
Sirens and Lord Byron fill my intelligence to the brim.
I speak as if I'm a prize to gain,
When really I will only taint you all in the end.

just great a well written soulful poem

a very good effort and though most of this effort is freeverse, you placed your rhyme in strategic lines where it was acceptable and didn't interfere with the freeverse lines. very unusual and enjoyable to read! i like this one!
