Life can be nice like honey and spice,
But all of that comes with a very big price.
With hard work and plans you can claim this prize.
Here is where the real truth lies.
Today's pain may be tomorrow's gain.
Because there is always sunshine after the rain.
Aim for the sky,
And hold your head high,
'Cause you never know your break is nigh.
Don't turn to drugs,
Or even to mug,
'Cause your grave you would have already dug.
Always remember Christ and things will be fine.
He is the light that shines,
At the end of this tunnel of mine.
This goes to show
That the way you will go,
Will only be determined by the roads you've chose.
Life is not predestined,
Which will make it all the more interesting.
