You raise me up when I am low
An inspiration of light and purity,
Your voice lifts my heart
And brings life to my soul.
I must bathe in your glory
And embrace your radiance,
I weep as I stand before you
Overcome by your beauty.
Bound upon my altar
So that I may worship you,
As I am enslaved by your presence
So you are a slave to my desire.
As I cut into your flesh
To release your very soul,
I bleed you into my grail
To seal our beloved covenant.
I have sinned and seek redemption
A sacrifice as testament to my contrition,
That which I love above all others
That which is pure and unsullied.
My flesh is weak and tainted
Yours shall be my salvation,
My blood is poisoned by temptation
Yours shall be my sacrament.
