Sometimes I lay awake at night worrying;
worrying there will be no tomorrow
and what difference have I made?
Do I really take the time for today?
Fighting for faith isn't always easy...
Fighting the battle doesn't mean you always win,
but one person can make a difference
I forget that only I can make myself change...
My heart feels like a stranger;
cold and full of anger...
Lord show me the way
to heal myself...
Encouraging words are not spoken often enough;
not as often as should be done
for if they were,
it would help many to overcome
So,
share a smile
with friend (and foe!)
Let love abide...
Give a hug,
encourage much;
you never know
whose life you'll touch
It's time to find myself
I'm learning;
still learning

Oh man this was a perfect read for me. It seems everytime I fight for God and my faith grows stronger the devil rains on me with all he's got, from health, money, bills,and family arguments. Still I refuse to give God up. These words made it hit homefor me, 'I forget that only I can make myself change...,My heart feels like a stranger;,cold and full of anger..,.Lord show me the way,to heal myself...!
