My life had an explosion
Like creation only darker
Everything moved an inch
Just beyond reach
Now I promise myself
To defer that day
Allowing fate to decide
Not indiscipline
The threat of death
Gives us no choice
Relieving the obsession of it
If only we survive
An evolution of character
The change of habits
One year on
I am better for this
But my story is health
Without excuses
It feels lame
To be known by it
