The wind blows to a different direction
which is where I should probably head.
But instead I see you standing there and I freeze.
I'm amazed as how the sun shines off your skin
and how the wind blows away all your pain.
Then you slowly turn my way, your eyes full of shame.
I look into them and take all the shame away.
It's like if I've lifted a great weight from your shoulders.
You seem to relax a bit and you walk my way.
I shake and close my eyes as you approach me.
You grab me by the arms and my eyes fly open to
see an Angel in front of me.
You hug me and I feel your warm embrace.
Then you slowly kiss me, your soft lips over mine.
Then you pull away and look at me as if I were to disappear
in a second.
You slowly whisper an "I love you."
You take me by the hand as we walk to where
Heaven is waiting for us...
