Made Fun of

I seem to be made fun of a lot lately
For what I believe in
For Who I stand up for

Is this justifiable?
I'm being tortured by Satan all the time
Since he can no longer hurt me physically, he now hurts me emotionally
Through other people
The battle is getting harder to fight

No one but Him can save me
No one but He can rescue me from the evil one
I am being tortured day by day
People laugh, mock and scorn me
All because I believe in Him who saved me
All because I try to do what He wants me to do
Jesus, please help me

Thank you. Yes it is very unfortunate that Christians are made fun of.

Stuart has spoken well...Your faith is your right...I am a Christian as well.. Being one does not make someone popular ...but if we treat others with respect, I do believe others should treat us the same way.. Well written..

I am not personally of religious persuasion, and do not believe there are many concrete rights and wrongs in life, nor a clear cut divide between “good “ and “evil” …. But at the same time, you should not be mocked for believing in God or for having a religion, simply because others do not share your motivations and views.  Try to ignore the critics and those who scorn you, and do what your own consciousness and conscience sway you to do in life. Faith exists to guide the individual, not as a weapon to judge and condemn others. As long as you are doing nobody any harm and are using your faith for positive purpose, that’s all that should matter.
