The warm sun of spring
flowers are everywhere
new life sprouting all around
and love is in the air
Lovers walking hand in hand
through the apple blossom trees
the flowers all tended to
are attracting all the bees
Love is all around me
as we walk hand in hand
the air is full of sweet scents
and we’re becoming well tanned
The birds are all singing
as they all tend to their nests
school will be out soon
students prepare for their tests
This is my favorite season
there is so much to love about it
as it flows gently into summer
on our favorite bench where we sit
