Breath

Take a deep breath and count to ten
wish that your love had never been
take two steps and one back
slap his face with a "whack!"
cut your wrists and go insane
pretend you never bore any pain
laugh it off and smile wide
you do all this just to hide
you talk smack and play along
but the pain grows deeper with every wrong
you cry and cry and pray you die
but you just can't say good-bye.
He turned away and broke your heart
and you jsut realized it was only the start
you friend will leave you and go for him
you want both back so you go on a wimb
