my mummy xD

She held me tight for all those years
She kept me warm and rid my fears
She sang to me and wiped my tears
And for that I love her so.

She cuddled me after we had a fight
She calmed me when I was scared at night
She kept me safe when I had a fright
And for that I love her so.

For all those years she's been there,
Whenever I needed her close,
And I know she'll be there for many more,
That's why I love her so.

But now as I grow older,
I feel I need her less,
But I know she'll always be there,
The next time I'm in a mess.
