I thought you loved me,
I thought you called me your own,
my world was the perfect place,
and I had a big smile painted on my face.
But now my world is out of control,
my sunny days have gone dark.
The blue jays wont sing,
and the lady bugs?
They won't move their wings,
plus my heart has been toworn in two.
Yes I know,
I thought it was so,
your in love with her,
and I don't know why,
and only God knows if it'll stay that way,
between you and me.
(And now I want to scream!)
And today as I sit here with my pen,
with the darkness that never ends,
still filling my heart; it sickens me.
