And the last one came,
Crashing on in, landing,
Powerful like always.
Clarifying the sky and earth,
Yet subtly blinking.
Somehow a difference sparked,
Faint changes were evident.
That final meteor approached
With a dimness to it,
A slight alteration.
But it seemed so strange
Because although it was darker,
Softer and weaker than the rest,
It was shining the brightest,
Looking down on the others.
Its light was energetic
And it appeared to glisten,
Shoot out an array of hues
Across the ground as it fell,
A new insight at the end.
