"Tell me again that you love me."
She said as she lay in his arms.
"I love you, my dear," was his answer.
"Do you think I would change my mind?"
She giggled at the question.
"Not at all," she replied to his query.
"I just love hearing the words,
so I know I am not dreaming."
"Tell me again I'm your only love,"
he remarked with a dimple showing.
"I already told you you are, my love."
"I just wanted to hear it again."
Love can never be spoken enough it's said.
It needs reaffirmation each day of the year.
Never give up the chance to tell the ones you love
how much they mean to you just because...
"I love you. You are my only love.
I'll say it again if you doubt."
His words rung true and made her smile.
"Just don't ever forget how I love those words."
"I can't hear them enough.
I'm vain, I know. But I'll not ask again,
for fear you might tire of saying it."
She laid back and went to sleep.
Hours later, he woke her with a kiss.
"I love you," he said with a husky voice.
"Just thought you'd like to hear it."
They didn't sleep again for a while.

Beautiful
I like your approach. Vivid imagery, and it makes me slow down and read every line instead of rushing through. Keep up the good work.
