Who am I?
I've changed so much
I can't go back, I don't know who I am
What I am
Where I am any more
Forcefed lies through an ivory tube
Forced to believe mistruths
You ran when I called you out
You're still on my mind
Still there, lurking, in the dark corners
You say I'm one thing, I say I'm another
Confusion reigns
I've changed so much
I can't go back, I don't know who I am
What I am
Where I am any more
Forcefed lies through an ivory tube
Forced to believe mistruths
You ran when I called you out
You're still on my mind
Still there, lurking, in the dark corners
You say I'm one thing, I say I'm another
Confusion reigns

Don't read too deeply into this....Flu made me write this
Go on. Be honest...I want to know what you REALLY think

This is a good question and sometimes its a lot harder to answear then other times. We all struggle with finding our true selves from time to time.I really enjoyed this one hun and I belive the only way to answear this question is to take the resy of our lives and figure it out slowly

Who am I? A question that every single person thinks at some point in their life. I'm still struggling with that question. I really enjoyed this poem especially what it leads up to...you questioning who you are, society influencing who you have becoming, seeing yourself in a certain light and then having someone you really care about seeing you in the complete opposite way. DEEP! So much in such a short poem. Keep up the good work
