Ever have one of those days,
where your brain goes on hold.
Times where you look for something,
and like your telephone.
Talking away to your sister,
and freting its lost for good.
then she tells you
your talking on it
shoog.
What a goober I won the trophy for the day,
a blue ribbon idiot so openly displayed.
We laughed and laughed but what the heck,
Im only human and we humans make mistakes you bet.
Often I live in Gooberville,
its not a disease and you dont get it from a pill.
Your mind goes on pause you know niot why ,
but once you come too again you laugh till you cry.
Ever be in a hurry and hunting for your glasses like mad ,
cant find them untill you run into another and they bein to laugh.
Hey sis you got them on they say,
well I laugh and tell her its gonna be another goober day.

I have to join your club too. I was looking everywhere I could think of for my badge. I came back to the kitchen and sat down at the table to drink my coffee. My son said Mom you've got your badge on. Then we both started laughing. I finally got control of myself, but was a few minutes late for work. This was years ago. It seems like only yesterday.
