Like heaven's angelic choir
breathing their beautiful song
soft whistling and rumbling
from the trees outside
a fresh breath of air
majestic sunrise
calming of the ocean waves
scent of wildflowers
I hear these things
feel them as they move
slowly throughout my soul
while I hold you against my heart
your breath upon my cheek
as you sleep so soundly
little almond shaped eyes
slowly rising and falling
you've changed my life
in a million ways
made me a better man
I live everyday for you
I am so proud to call you my son
