I walk again threw this halls which i used to call home
The halls that once guided me to class
The first place i see is the drama room
the stage that used to consume me.
then next i see frau's room
the german teacher who was my friend
Nhs still hangs alot in her room, all the gold ribbons were gone way to soon
i chance upon an old classmate, that tells me where the new JROTC room is
i still see the cougar sign hanging above a door, and i hear the words of my old company
bravo
the green uniforms and the old rifles. how i miss these simple things
sadly i dont see the english teacher that inspired me to be. the way i am today
words that shape my mind, he has gone away
You see high school wasnt work for me, its like the job you love
its not a job if you love it. I had friends i got to hang with, and learn new things to become a better person
a little excersise here and there never hurt me
now even just a few months out, i still see some friend that still go to school... i miss it
now as i walk the halls again i remember the times when coconut creek high was making my life begin
What did you think

Great imagery in this!! When I was in high school, I was only actually IN the high school for freshmany and sophmore year. Then I did early college classes, and attended a college campus. Your first two years aren't much, and even though I don't have half the memories you do, I could visually see you walking the halls. Very impressive
