Seems like just yesterday,
You were a big piece of me,
I was left in the dust,
Now there is no we,
Broken apart now,
A chunk of me missing,
I die a little inside,
At the thought of you kissing,
Another girl in your arms,
Her hands on your waist,
Your hands on her heart,
As I try to paste,
My soul back together,
Wishing you still loved me,
Hoping the pain fades,
Trying to find the key,
To heaven's gates,
Earth doesn't need me anymore,
I want everything to go away,
What is there left to fight for?

this poem shows so much truth and emotion, it speaks of love as it is and how its experienced.. its very painful, i can realte to this poem, i ask the same question to myself, everyday... well done
