Hiding with you
They may not have seen
The world is alive…
Sinking in faith
You never could know
How propriety sets standards
Of hidden desires.
Whilst things of cloth
Betray what we sort to hide.
Author notes
prompt:
“We buy our way out of jail but we can't buy freedom,
We buy a lot of clothes when we don't really need them,
Things we buy to cover up what's inside.”
