Merry Meet and Blessed be
Can you imagine life as a witch?
Look inside your soul and you shall see
those of us who love to weave our spell.
always remembering that tinkering is
better with knowledge of karmic residue.
Hanging up my skirt and hat isn't likely
I love to fly on my broom nightly.
Who says that Halloween can be the only time
where we can come out of hiding and share
our thoughts and dreams with those who care.
Black cauldron, hundreds of candles, herbs galore
scents and aromas filtering the air so fragrantly.
Spells to help illuminate the way to enlightenment
never for personal gain or wealth beyond measure,
Helpfulness is always the safest and best treasure.
Books about the rightful way to lead my life
thoughts and expressions fulfilled by right.
Remember the creed, follow the Wiccan Reed
three times three will always unfold.
Destiny and fate bring with them mysteries.
So follow your life path all year round,
not just when the pumpkins leave ground.
This happy witch will continue to cast her
spells from the shelter and safety of home.
Halloween will not stop me this year.
Happiness will enter your life this year
all of your dreams will come true, no fear.
Have faith in yourself and you shall see
the true witch is not just in me.
So mote it be.

Why should a witch stop being a witch when Halloween is over? For me, it is an all year job! I may just be learning new techniques, but I am learning and loving every minute!
