And as the rain falls down, my tears will never be found

Devestation swirling in my eyes, I can't understand why
Why you would do this, why you would hurt me like this
I was your daughter, I loved you oh so very much
But you didn't love me, you just wanted to be free
Free of the burden of being our father our creator
I stood in that steet that day and prayed, hoping your car would stop and you'd come back to me
But you didn't stop, you didn't even look back at me
And as the rain falls down, my tears will never be found
My heart tore in two that day; the pain is excruciating to this very day
You were my daddy, the one I was suppose to look up to
And so now this depression is taking me over, one day at a time
Soon there will be nothing left of me, but skin and bones
My heart stopped working eight long years ago
My eyes have stopped producing spark
My lips no longer curl into that dazzaling smile
And the love I once emitted so strongly, has never come back to me

What did you think
