What to do, What to do?

Hmmm...What to do, what to do.
This snail you see sets upon my step.
What to do, what to do?
Do i eat the snail?
No no that will never do.
Tell me, Tell me why am i afraid of this small creature?
What to do, what to do about this annoyance?
As i have said i cannot eat it.
Nor can i kill it.
Could i nudge it with my golden paw?
Or just watch it crawl by?
No no no i cannot watch it crawl by that would take far to long!
You are not much help you human.
You give me no answers.
Hmmm......How to move it -oooooh i smell bacon- Wait how to move the snail?
Ah ha! I shall walk around the back way -Wait this is the back way. Isn't it? No no the back way is locked-.
Oh Oh i shall jump over it!
Yes yes that is the answer to my problem.
I have outsmarted the snail and what have you done human?

I thought this was just hilarious. I have seen dogs give wide berths to little insects on the ground and they had the same wary look. You have given this dog a wonderful voice and his dialogue really sounds like what he would be thinking. I love it heaps. Thanks so much for entering and the very best in the contest. Keep making us laugh.

Funny. This doesn't sound like a poem, you can call it a poem... but it's actually just dialouge. I enjoyed reading it regardless.
