All Hallow's Eve,
in ancient times,
brought those who grieve,
for All Saints Day followed after,
a time to recognize
life,
filled with both pain and laughter,
will breathe
once again.
A cloud of witnesses,
surrounds us here,
our obsession with afterlife,
spiritual beings,
makes me realize,
our life here is only for a while...
One day,
I will stand face to face,
with ghosts,
spirits who have gone before,
but in eternity,
they won't be ghosts,
anymore,
instead,
our spirits will reign
with the Lord
supreme
no longer dead...

Happy Birthday StoriesUntold! I wrote this poem, and then because I saw your birthday is on Nov 1, I thought this might fit...have a wonderful celebration! And remember, our life here is only for a little while!
