The gentle bulge grows each day
and both Mom and Dad love the
result of their sexual sensual play.
After nine months he or she'll be free!
Dad will never forget when she
gently guided his careful hand
to feel the movement he couldn't see.
Almost laughing he smiled to beat the band.
Together they enter the labor room.
He watches her sweat and scream
as she tires and in settles minor gloom.
Suddenly babe arrives. Parents beam.
Fortunately their baby boy cries out loud
showing off his healthy little lungs for all.
His toothless smile removes every cloud
and assure his parents a truly loving ball.

A tender subject with warming endearing thoughts of the outcome of nine months waiting for a child...The day of delivery comes....and a new child is born into the world....Rhyme and flow makes this a delightful write!
