about me: I am 34, so am not real familiar with a lot of new "rock" am mostly country and 90's rock. (I recognize Bryan Adams but not the others already listed lol).
My muse is pretty spotty, comes and goes. I try not to actually think about what i'm writing as it messes up the process. If i remember correctly, you read my poem "the Itch", i just looked at the word banks and it flowed. don't think i could have come up with that by thinking it out lol
Was pleasantly suprised to see the title of your contest, fellow true blood fan. I love that song! And I'm guessing from your pen name, also a fan of Poe?
