I can't love anyone it seems
That's a blow that always stings
It's something often on my mind
Because it's what I'll never find
It hurts my head, It hurts my heart
It rips me seam from seam apart
And when I feel I can't take more
It's just a part of what's in store
It's too much for me to take
If it keeps I'll surely break
The pain I know, the pain I feel
It's one no medicine can heal
I tell myself that there is hope
But it's just a vain way that I cope

I just curl up in my old shell
