Gone

We sit,
Talking,
Laughing,
Playing around,
Then,
Suddenly,
We have to leave.
She has to leave.
Out the door,
Over the gravel,
My heart pounds in my ears.
We climb in the car,
Down the hills,
Around the corner,
Third house.
I'm home.
She gets out,
We hug,
Say Goodbye.
I climb the stairs,
In my house.
I look out the window
As she drives away.
Gone.
To Centerville.
Gone.

This is my first real poem. Tell me, what do you think??
