I should know what Heaven looks like;
For I've seen it in my dreams.
I've delighted, gazing over
At the stars alight in streams.
As the fish, with smiles upon them,
Flitter freely, whilst up high,
An array of birds soars swiftly
Through the rainbows, in the sky.
I have viewed the cats and rabbits,
I have seen the wagging tails,
And I've witnessed a plethora
Of baboons, raccoons and snails...
I should KNOW what Heaven looks like;
It would seem that's safe to say.
I've observed the creatures blissful,
In a wondrous display!
But my thoughts begin to scare me,
And I pray that I'm not right,
For my mind presents a problem...
THERE'S NOT A HUMAN BEING IN SIGHT.
