He Waits Beyond

one step forward

            two steps back

the wheel of life

just keeps turning

hang tight to the spokes

             time waits for no one

uphill, downhill

forked road ahead

we choose

              right, wrong

the road is long

sometimes dark

twinkling stars will brighten

the path of the open door

where the sun shines tomorrow

beyond the horizon

he waits...

A very well written poem that explains life to a "T". I like the flow, it fits the poem well. "Beyond the horizon, HE waits" is the sum, the total of it all, a new beginning. Thank you for sharing, it is inspirational. We will win.

    Wonderful

Such a great way to look towards the road of life .Some take the wrong way for a time but get on the right road. But then some just dont care they stand to loose the grand finale the great destination. This is so beautifully written I'm sure it will touch most who read it. All I can say is BRAVO
