I laugh at the decomposing reality
As the marionettes start dancing along
Sick in the head with dementia
As I scribble this meaningless song
The face of the clock smiles gayly
My pills were flushed down the potty
My teddy-bear roars at the funniest joke
Told by my moms beagle, Scottie
The Jack-o-lanterns are carving themselves
And my mother just thinks its a trick
The air swirls in circles around me
And the doctors just tell me I'm sick

This made me smile. Wonderful, with much imagination. You are very creative. Great job.

Realistically Mindless
I feel that this, though it sounds weird, is exactly how the title can be justified. -

Oh ho ho! Delightfully delectable miss! Only need a little more to have a real awesome write there, as of now it feels incompleted. However, I love your imagery with the jack-o-lanterns carving themselves and the marionettes dancing, and really good for me cause what a childish imagination I have hahaha
keep writing there
