With arc of true colour
God's embrace surrounds,
across all horizons
a message profound.
At the end of the rainbow
eternity's flair,
in bold, vivid statement
emits heaven's prayer.
And hymn's of the angels
a chorus in tune,
softly in harmony
the Saviour comes soon.
A wisp of expectancy
shimmers 'cross earth,
awaiting the One
who gave life a new birth.
Announcement in glory
the future sustained,
forgiveness and love
forever ordained.
Reach out, grasp the love
that curves 'cross the world,
to gather all children
and seek truth unfurled.

Great poem. I never invisaged the rainbow in this light before but you certainly have done a marvelous job with it. I really like the idea of the coming and us preparing for the changing and such, although I am in no way religious...it still gives one a reason to smile at the thought. Wonderful piece. I wish you the very best in the contest.
