The Suffering Soul

A shadow cast across the land
Red falls from my hand
Alone to fend off the night
Wondering what didnt go right
Across the fire a walk
Voice choked unable to talk
Rain falls down my face
How did I end up in this place
The puzzle broken
Pieces are missin
Where did this go
How could I not know
Slowly the lights dim around
Slowly I find the ground
Peace I found in this place
The horrors took me away
But no more will you see
The suffereing that was within me
