Spoken like the frost on the wall.
I saw a window open up,
Was this new world as cold?
As the one I am standing in.
This one that I've been apart of,
For so many years.
A frozen frame,
Words spoken here in that frame.
I look into the window pane.
All I say was a room filled with,
Broken mirrors and glass,
I saw the girl sitting there,
Muttering words of why,
Why me? I got closer,
I saw the girl was me.
It felt like I saw starting into my own refection.
Once I snapped out of it,
I was looking at my own refection,
In my own mirror,
Trying to remember just how I got here.
All I remember was,
The freeze of this,
Frozen frame staring back at me.

A sad image your words have portrayed here
As we stare back at the cold reflection of ourselves.
Deep and profound and your words also built a story within my mind
Thank you and best wishes
Julie
