I can see you through the blizzard,
no matter where you go.
And no matter how severely you appear as a blurred mirage,
I can freeze you instantly and focus
until I see all the details with one look.
Then, of course, I'll come closer
to examine you more thoroughly
and all your fascinating flawed perfections,
simply because I want to understand how
something in such a brittle, wintry environment
can remain so warm and vibrant.
