They say I'm dangerous when my eyes are closed, I see them on the streets;
I'm dangerous when I'm ill disposed, better hide beneath the sheets.
Nobody knows the trouble I've seen, nobody barely cares;
strangest thing that's ever been and everybody stares!
BOO!
They say the meanest things that's ever been, they haunt me while I live;
strange how they're the cleanest seen, and never will forgive.
Nobody knows where trouble grows, nobody stops to think;
strange it is, how sorrow shows when live goes to the brink.
BOO!
I'm dangerous when I cannot think, when my plans all go astray;
dangerous how they make life stink for everyone each day.
Someday the headless horseman's gonna come to ring the bell;
drag them off to somewhere else, someplace I know too well.
So light the little jack o light, that pumpkin made to scare;
come trick or treat and do it right, and I will be right there,
It's dangerous to cross the street, to knock upon the door;
dangerous for little feet, who've not been there before.
