White snow falls silent.
Alluring stillness,
guarded only
by double paned glass.
A deep contrast to
my red painted walls
and the hateful words
that will not penetrate them.

Simple and to the point, alot of times more is less, and I hate fighting and love the snow, so fighting is just a great way to ruin all the beauty of the winter. Hope you get things worked out and great write.

Hmmm, war at the time of falling snow, is it?
Nice read you made there. I like the contradiction and irony you portrayed through your description of red painted walls in contrast to the calm soothing fall of white flakes outside. Hope you guys find something more entertaining to do than fight on a snowy day...
Great poem penned.

I think it is a good poem. Kept it short and simple to the point. It kind of reminds me of a snow globe lol but keep on writing from the heart, do not change it, I like the way the poem flows.
